Welcome to the forum @Casemitoo14 - glad you have found us!
You get 2 appeals, each on a 20 day timer before you can use them again. Just wait and you will be able to appeal again.
I would recommend posting the rejected nominations here for advice before appealing or resubmitting. Often what you see in game dose not meet current criteria, and it is easier to talk about specific nominations. One at a time is easiest for me.
I think a mod will probably move this post to Nomination Support
Okay, I found the building on Street View, and don’t see any indication that this was the old Post Office. I think this could be a good nomination if you have any proof that this is being preserved as an historic building. In the US, there are usually signs posted if something is of historic value. If you do have proof, you should resubmit it with a lot more information in the description and links to prove what you say in the supporting section.
I am going to tag @MegaTrainerRed who can be more helpful with historical nominations in Spain than I can.
