Unable to press continue after selecting Hometown

I searched and saw a number of posts and am having a similar issue. When I select Hometown location I am unable to click “Continue.” The browser/cache doesn’t matter. Could someone please process my onboarding?

My understanding from reading responses to similar posts is that someone needs to process my onboarding and then I can go into settings and select Hometown and optional location information once that happens.

Yep. An employee should be here soon to fix it. It can take a couple days though so be patient.

Hey @EhmSlice ,

You should have access to Wayfarer now. Moreover, you should also be able to set your Hometown and Bonus locations.

Thank you! @nianticaaron Unfortunately, I tried adding a hometown location on the wayfarer website through settings, but the button for “Save” is grayed out and I am still unable to click it.

Unfortunately, the save button is still greyed out when I try to save a location.

Just filling the address is not enough. You have to actually click on the map, a pin will appear and then you can proceed to save

Thanks! It hadn’t worked to do that in Chrome, but I just got it to work in Firefox.
