This announcement explains that Ingress stayed with Niantic Spatial and is now separate from Wayfarer.
You will see it refers to those ingress players that had a wayfarer account continuing to have access.
Ingress players who took part in OPR but then did not create a wayfarer account prior to the split will not be able to review via Ingress.
The wayfarer team should be able to confirm.
If you reach level 37 in Pokémon Go then you are very welcome to create a wayfarer account and log on that way.
