it’s been about a week under review for the pokestop i nominated and i was jsut wondering when i will find out whether it was accepted or not

A week is not very much. Once a submission goes from the Queue to being in Voting, it can take from one day to several months.

To avoid possible frustration, I wanted to make you aware that you don’t nominate Pokestops. You nominate Wayspots, which may or may not be used as Pokestops or gyms if accepted. The community has discovered that whether they are used depends on S2 cells, which staff does not acknowledge. You state “Under Review”, does it show this?
This is when your nomination has been sent to staff for review, it’s usually just random and staff have the option to Accept, Reject or return to community review. It is nothing to worry about.
It does seem that there is some delays at Scopely at the moment so you may need to be a little patient.
I have had a Photo Edit which seems quite obvious (old had car mirror, mine doesn’t ) that was In Review for a week (just this minute Accepted), would normally expect a couple of days…
