Received an email that I don’t know what is for…

The Conversation Report hints that it is regards an Help Chat report. Have Scopely started to send emails?

Problem is it does not give any details and I have no record with this ID for my latest reports.

My curiosity is peaked :slight_smile:

I did lose my notes on a couple of Help Chat reports around this time, this must have been 1 of them.
