# Unsafe & Private Property Waypoint Report Rejected

The link works fine, I don’t know what is wrong with your browser. You got to the same screen as the interactive map, so I wasn’t concerned with running tech support. Personally I am using chrome mobile.

Clicking into details of the parcel and scrolling down offers the zoning code map; from there is the zoning codes PDF:

I hadn’t seen that particular part, good to know.

Let’s note that the sign itself is on the grassy “NO TRESPASSING” area, since we’re being very, very meticulous here.

I could have done more homework to prove my case, but I was hoping people would actually be helpful rather than repeatedly posting “gotchas”

Nobody is trying any “gotchas,” just making sure you’re looking at it from different angles and covering it well enough, especially since Niantic already denied it once.

I can’t see myself as having anything else to add other than a since good luck in this situation.

Yeah, I’ll see if I can get the city commissioner to file the report. This point of interest has caused traffic accidents, and it needs to go.
