Was the appeal decision correct? How can I correctly re-submit if it wasn't correct?

I’m adding screenshots of the appeal rejection. The original appeal was done because people were reporting that there was an emoji or HTML in the description when there wasn’t. The other rejection was it lacks uniqueness or cultural meaning. I provided many links to articles about this revitalization project that is in progress. This is the first part of the path completed. Is there anything else I could have added? When I went to the links provided by the appeals time, my sign fits the descriptions of walking/biking path signs. “A trail marker itself need not be an interesting object but its function on the trail should be unique to that location.” Forum Criteria Discussions Library — Wayfarer Help Center

Here are the coordinates: (42.322235, -71.100013) and the links I provided in the submission: Work on Jackson Square Greenway Begins - Jamaica Plain News Jackson Square Planning Initiative | Bostonplans.org Jackson Sq Redevelopment Initiative – JPNDC

There’s also a reddit post about this same sign. It had an error on the open times a year ago which was updated. Reddit

If the trail marker truly is not distinct, I accept that, but I wanted other’s opinions. Thanks!
