I got a email a while back saying I was banned for spam but I am sure that this ban is a mistake as I had a pokemon go hacked and had to make a new one. Im pretty sure who ever had my account cheated and foeced my current account to be banned. Id like to get my current account NMARNICK23 unbanned please

I’m sorry to hear about the suspension. I’m hoping you appealed through the email that was sent to your account.
Typically staff can DM you details but you will need to write to the forum with the suspended account as they cannot give details about another account. The forum still is available during suspension periods.
Ive tried but in the end they were no help what so ever.
I believe you need to focus on securing your account back first. ts hard to for staff to know for sure if your account is really hacked or no. Above all we still dont know if your suspension comes from pogo or wayfarer. Wayfarer cant help if your suspension come from pogo.
