Hello Wayfinders,

Earlier today our team confirmed that there is an issue with our emailing system. This issue started at around 2026-09-15T02:00:00Z. Our team has identified the issue and is working on implementing the fix. Our intention is that this fix will work retroactively and you will be able to get the emails since the time the issue begun until it’s fully fixed.

We will keep you updated once all email issues have been resolved.

Hello Wayfinders,

Thank you for your patience while we addressed this issue. As of 2026-09-16T07:00:00Z the issue should be fixed and all of the emails that were missed were re-sent out. Please note that some of these may have ended in your spam folders so if you do not see them in your inbox, take a peek in there.
