In the Wayfarer website i created a pokestop and placed it in the wrong coordinates by accident. I didn’t notice the issue until the pokestop was already accepted. I went to the Wayfarer support ticket to get the issue fixed on June. I haven’t gotten back any emails from previous tickets and the help tickets were always cleared so i never knew if someone ever responded back to my tickets. Yesterday i opened a new ticket. Ticket #43321415 is there anyway that im able to contact Wayfarers Support without issue? And a way to place my pokestop to the correct coordinates?
- This happened Saturday August 22.
- Macbook air (early 2015) & iPhone 12
- Wayfarer support ticket website
Unfortunately help tickets never have email response. The only response is in the help chat and if it is cleared then you never see it. The chat still responds to every ticket though. Have you checked in game to see if the edit was actually made? Chat has been slow recently and can take a few days especially on weekends. The ticket number will be very helpful and an employee should be able to track down the response for you. In future I would suggest saving the ticket numbers for this reason.
Thank you for the response and sadly no i havent received any sort of help thru the ticket . I havent seen any ingame changes either. And thank you once again
You may need to change your browser settings for the wayfarer website on both of your devices in order to keep the tickets from disappearing. Tickets are device specific to the best of my knowledge, so if you submit it on your phone, you won’t see it on your MacBook, and vice versa.
If you can’t see the answer from help chat, you could start a new report using a form that will create an email chain instead. The one listed at the top here under “Wayspot Removals” is sometimes called the property owner form, and can be used for modifications as well as removals. The form rarely matches what I am trying to do, but we have been told to just select anything, then explain the issue in the text box. If the acknowledgement email that the report was received asks for your “credentials,” just ignore it. A staff member will reply. The link to that one is: Reporting a Wayspot — Wayfarer Help Center
You can explain that you had already created a ticket through help chat, but lost the conversation and did not see the reply. If it has been more than a week, I would assume they replied but you did not see it. They could have been asking for more evidence.
Hey @neam400 ,
Welcome to the Wayfarer Community Forum.
Wayfarer Help chat requests don’t generate an email. The team responds in the same thread.
I see that the team did respond to your report requesting more information. The report was ultimately closed when we did not receive a response.
I see that you already have an open report. Please be patient and the team will respond.
Best,
Thank you for your response Aaron
i will wait patiently
