Benches arent inherently eligible for being a bench. They can be eligible for being artistic, for promoting being social, or for helping explore ie being a memorial to something or someone notable
So I think you need to sell how these meet critiera a bit more.
Honestly I am surprised this was rejected with the nicely centered photo. I think you might want to use an appeal on this one - but no promises. Your supporting statement should be about how this is a set of benches for social gathering, and any information you can find about the art carved into the stone would help as well. You get two appeals every 20 days, so choose wisely.

Well I think it’s inherently artistic with the shapes and such that is also why I thought maybe zooming in was more appropriate. It helped me explore because otherwise I wouldnt have walked to the center of this mini forest at this park the benches attracted me haha.
Thanks I may just re submit with new photo and sell it a bit more. They also have W’s on it which is the first letter of the neighborhood of Westpark yall think that would work or is it stretching it lol.
Yeah I think its a fine thing to submit, but you can “sell” it a bit more and give it more chance to be accepted

We never saw your supporting information, so just going to put out there some things that people tend to do wrong. Although your game tells you to explain why this would be a good pokestop (or portal), you really should avoid saying anything about any specific game because you are actually submitting a Wayspot that may be used in the game. Or not. That is based on L17 S2 cells for PoGo and 20m proximity for Ingress. Your supporting information should make clear how this meets criteria of a great place to exercise, explore, or be social (it only has to meet one) and any other information reviewers would need. Like how to verify location if it isn’t easy to see on Maps, or links to support any statements you make, like maybe information about the benches being installed.
