Does anyone else hate the way the application works? the number of errors I got lately trying to add a pokestop is just stupid to be honest. I had no issue with in game adding option but since it changed its overwhelming. Last night the I tried 7 times and got the error message. And the automatic accept service is ridicoulous. I got denied a nomination for a shopping district neon, yet the one on the other side of the street got accepted last week. I used to contribute a lot but mod edit, no more contributions from me
I’ve not had any errors in using it yet but it seems Android may have some issues compared to iOS, such as not being able to take a photo there and then.
As for the nomination being rejected, don’t use what’s on the map as what’s eligible. If you share your nomination, folks on the forums will be able to help with ways to improve it

I am finding the new web submit excellent and I have had not issues at all.
Using my last phone through the app was a nightmare. When it switched to the camera or gallery it would close Pokemon Go most of the time causing you to start again.
The current phone is much better but will still do it occasionally. Not had an issue with Web Submit.
- Search at Home on PC.
- Pin and add Title. Save as Draft.
- When out take the images (OK with data so usually upload whilst at the location). Save Draft.
- Complete the rest at home where I can do a bit of research.
- Done.
Loving it. 
I am aware that others are having issues but I can only speak about my experience. Hopefully any bugs others are having will be ironed out shortly.
