Unfortunately that is how some people create fakes.
Often if there is one there are others too.
Reporting to the wayfarer team to investigate is the way to go…
As to how some things get through when it sounds clear there is something wrong , down to the reviewing, which can be just general poor practice or if there are quite a number then a review circle.
