Hi, and welcome to the forum:

Not all your wayspots can appear in the game, as other wayspots are blocking them:

Cotton Resort Fountain is blocking:

  • The Pavillion Rest Lounge, Cotton Abdali Block 2

Play & Match Resort is blocking:

  • Cotton’s Playground
  • Coffee Shop & Resort
  • Kidzania Play Ground, Cotton Park Abdali 2

These two should appear soon (probably tonight or tomorrow):

  • Cotton, Mural Painting
  • Abdali Drinking Water (30.017135,47.717816)

I have to say, I can’t recognize any of them on satellite view.

And this one appears to be misplaced (or satellite view is really outdated)

It is always best to just to look for good wayspots, and put them on the spot where they are in real life, misplacing them, will probably lead to sanctions on your account (also your game account).
