Not all wayspots pop into the game as Pokestops. It may be too close to another Pokestop, a metric that is determined by the S2 cells around it. See here for a thorough explanation: [Why an accepted Wayspot may not be used in Pokemon Go (S2 cells and Pokemon Go)](https://community.wayfarer.scopely.com/t/why-an-accepted-wayspot-may-not-be-used-in-pokemon-go-s2-cells-and-pokemon-go/106925) ---

That one should be a Pokestop or gym. (I checked the coordinates and it seems it is a bit too close to the Pokestop to be used as a Powerspot: 21.056677575111657m) ---

Perhaps this footbridge is eligible, it would be in its own cell and it looks kinda cool ![IMG_8870](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/wayfarer/original/3X/a/f/af26df0b1bfbbbace2c14aff5c59e958ea028b89.jpeg) ---
