Wayspot approved, but it's not appearing into this empty cell

Hello !
I’ve been submiting wayspots for years, but I have recently encountered a problem with a very specific level 17 S2 cell at this coordinates :
48.3881176310879 -4.500440955162049
In fact, I have submited a wayspot called “Les Podcasts du Bagne : 8, 9 et 10”, which has been approved on August 3rd 2024, but despite the fact that this cell is empty, the wayspot never appeared in-game.
Could someone help me understand why this wayspot has this problem, or even fix this bug ?
(It might have a link with the fact that it’s really close to the border of the S2 cell)

i used the highlight function of pogotools with iitc to see which cell each was landing in
