This wayspot has been rejekted because they could not verify this objekt as a bunker
These are the pictures of the bunker that could be the best pics
I have not been able to find any articles about bunkers in Grøndalsparken, however there are another one not far away. (Aprox 200 meters).
Thanks for the help🙏
The bunker is located at 55.6777385, 12.4882190 at Grøndalsparken
Hey @ChrHedley
Would you share screenshots of your nomination? Did you appeal the rejection?
Thanks! Could you also provide your supporting text?
Sure
“This is a historic place, and its history should be recocnised and respectet. Also the bunker is inactive today so this waypoint wont disturb any critical situation we might incounter one day”
Thanks again
I’m not familiar with military structures, are you sure that this is a bunker? We’ve something similar near to me and that’s a well.
It seems that you will need some kind of proof that this is indeed a bunker (as stated in your rejection reason and in the appeal statement made by Niantic/Scopely). Maybe there exists a website which listed those ww2 structures? That could help a lot
I have found a source that shows pictures of a specific type of bunker (no english name) “Betondækningsgrave”, which is what this exact structure is. Betondækningsgrave – Dansk Koldkrigsforening
The picture at the source is looking a lot like the bunker i have taken pictures of. Might that be enough?
That website shows a structure that clearly matches the one in the 2nd and 3rd images of your first posting. Provided that website is “proper”, then that should be sufficient to prove that your structure is an old bunker.
Would the second picture then go for the pokestop photo and then the third for the surrounding area photo? Would that be acceptable with following text that explains what it exactly is?
Also should the source be in a form of a link or the classical with date, author, name, ect?
For a new submission, take new photos. There is a /risk/ of using photos that have been posted anywhere, including here.
The second photo should work as the main picture - if you could also get the funky cover, that would be ideal, but if you can’t, you can’t. The supporting photo would want to be further out than the third photo - supporting should always include the POI, but needs to be far enough way to help confirm the location and that third photo isn’t. I understand it might be difficult in woodland!
The link goes in the supporting information as a link, prefixed by whatever you want to write to explain what the link provides - date/author/name not needed as this is not referencing in that sense.
Links work well
For photos clear away some of the ivy, and branches to improve what you see.
Thanks for the help. I will go and make the nomination in a few hours. Again, thank you @salixsorbus, @AliceWonder1511 and @elijustrying for the help
