Wayspot in its own L17 cell not in PoGo after 48+ hours

I have another Wayspot that isn’t showing in game though I’m 99% sure it resides in a cell with no other Wayspot. Any help or reason why would be appreciated. Here are screenshots of accepted Wayspot and where it should be in-game.

Assuming that you are talking about Hannaford Park Playground, it is in the same cell as Hannaford Recreation Area.
