I have a wayspot that I’ve tried moving multiple times but I never hear back from support. Anyone know how to get an update on a ticket? ---

If you used help chat, they respond in the chat box. Even though they ask for your email address, they do not send an email. You will see a number on the chat box when they have answered - usually less than a day. If you tap on the help chat box and are prompted to enter a new ticket, you have lost the help chat history. If this happens to you often, you should use the reporting form that does start an email chain for requests like this. It is linked here under “Wayspot Removals” but can also be used for modifications. > **[Request modification or removal of a PokéStop or Gym – Pokémon GO](https://pokemongo.com/report-location)** The bad thing about using this form is that the questions never match what I need them to do. Just select _anything_ and then tell them the issue in the text section. If the acknowledgement email asks for your “credentials” don’t worry about it, and don’t reply. It just creates the ticket. You will get another email beginning with a staff member’s name. ---

What changes were made? It’s the exact same spot when I look at it in my nomination tab ---

It was moved to the correct location and then retired for not having a safe pedestrian access. ---

The nomination tab never gets updated no matter what changes are done to the wayspot
