Wayspot not in-game / merged with another after incorrect duplicate listing

Hello everyone,

I recently had a nomination approved via the appeal process. This nomination was initially rejected by the community as a duplicate, but after submitting an appeal, it was correctly identified as a unique physical object and approved by Scopely.

I can now see the Wayspot listed on the Wayfarer map, but it remains marked as “Not In Game” (white marker). The primary cover photo of this Wayspot also merged into the gallery of the nearby Wayspot (“Fietsknooppunt 92 Toegankelijke Route”) because of the initial duplicate rejection I think?

Could someone please clarify if this approved Wayspot is now in a malfunctioning state, because of the initial duplicate status now causing an issue with its in-game inclusion and photo assignment?

It is shown as not in Pokemon Go as it is in a cell that already has an active pokestop/gym. It appears to be far enough away that it should get used as a powerspot on rotation.
