Safe pedestrian access means that whoever has access to it can walk up to it and stand safely at the wayspot. Whilst there may be industrial things happening at parts of this site, the tower is in an outdoor location with plenty of safe space to stand at it.

Anyone that works there has legitimate access to the portal. The sign clearly states you’re trespassing if you enter that area without authorization. If you think playing Ingress is worth getting arrested and/or jailed over, then that’s on you.

“Has no safe pedestrian access.” If it is hazardous for the public to be around this portal, due to the manufacturing activities (trucks, chemical operations, etc) happening around this portal, why is it safe for anyone, including employees to be playing a game in such industrial conditions?
