# Wayspot removal appeal

When submitting a Wayspot Appeal, make sure to include as much of the following information as possible:

- Wayspot Title: Seventh-Day Adventist Church

- Location _(lat/lon)_: (37.2860142, -121.9599363)

- City: Campbell

- Country:USA

- Screenshot of the Rejection Email _(do not include your personal information)_:  

- Additional Information _(if any)_: This church runs and is adjacent to its K-8 school where the play area is adjacent to the parking lot and a few meters from the pokestop. I don’t think that fits the criteria because visiting the stop puts you a few meters from the school grounds.  
This photo is of the school which is operating but not listed in google maps for some reason. Behind the school is the play area and open field which is right next to the pokestop.

Hello and welcome @Koroshirama  
So you are saying the waystop is not on school grounds but on church grounds? And you don’t have to enter school grounds to get to the church.  
So visiting the church puts you near the school - just as though you might if you were walking past a school?  
Presumably this isn’t an issue for people going to the church and I dont see why being near a school should warrant the removal of a church?

Appeal Denied - Thanks for the Appeal, Explorer. We looked at this Wayspot again and decided that it doesn’t meet our criteria for removal.

Thanks for the quick reply. The main concern was how close it was to the school. The green dot is the stop and the red is the play area. But if it’s far away enough then I understand the school rule now.

Hi  
Just to clarify there is no distance requirement.  
It can’t be on school ( or an under 18 focused ) property but beyond that there is no extension beyond that boundary of x metres.
