Graves meet removal criteria, but funeral homes don’t?

Edit: was suggested that I edit in the reference here:

> [@Funeral Home report rejected](https://community.wayfarer.scopely.com/t/funeral-home-report-rejected/117812/6):
>
> Removal reports are reviewed as per the removal criteria. This Wayspot doesn’t meet our removal criteria.

Wait, what?

Graves of notable people have always been eligible… haven’t they?

Or were these graves just of random folk?

I would really love to understand how graves meet removal criteria but a funeral home does not. What specific removal criteria do these graves meet that a funeral home doesn’t?

They are a sensitive place where people specifically go to mourn their loved ones and don’t want to be disturbed by people standing there playing mobile games, while a funeral home isn’t. Apparently.
