Whether Aaron read the conversation is irrelevant, it will not be down to 1 member of staff to make such a change to the criteria which is what you are asking for. A look at the location, assess with current criteria and inform. That is Aaron’s job here.

I think this is wrong. The footpath around is pedestrian and is part of the roundabout. The sculpture is meant to be looked at from there. The poi is the roundabout of which both sculpture and path are part of.

Wrong. The object is the roundabout, not the middle of the roundabout. This is wrong use of safety.
