Hi everyone,
I’m looking for some help understanding an issue with one of my nominations.
One of my submissions has been “In Voting” for over two and a half weeks, but the option to upgrade it has completely disappeared. I currently have 3 available upgrades, and my newer nominations still show the purple Upgrade button in the top-right corner without any issue.
Has anyone experienced this before? What could cause a single nomination to lose its upgrade button?

Upgrades are not available once the nomination reaches “In Voting”.
It must be set after approx 24 hours and whilst it is “In Queue”.

@SlimboyFat71 Hello, I appreciate your comment but this is simply not correct because I can still upgrade the nominations submitted 6 days ago.
The first one is from 2026-08-27 which is the one that does not have the option to upgrade.
The other one is from 6 days ago and can still be upgraded.
oh you already showed it is not correct. either you have a glitch, or staff has said in the past that this can happen when something has been sent for internal review. will look for that link.
(they may address this before i find that though XD)
nvm. the one i was thinking of had an error message, not just disappeared.
we saw the upgrade button disappearing on another recent post.

Not sure why I believed this.
Not a big numbers nominator so I tend to Upgrade them all after the 24 hours.
Maybe, I am not getting enough sleep

so the issue on these is just a lag time between the contribution having been decided and showing that on the contributions page when the upgrade button is missing?
I now have a nomination like this, too.
I have upgrades. It’s been in voting for over two weeks. I’ve noticed for the last several days now that I am unable to upgrade it.
Other submissions of mine can be upgraded. Other submissions of mine have been approved during this time.
Has something gone awry? If this is a “glitch”, how long should I expect it to take for the glitch to resolve itself?
Maybe it’s been pulled for internal review
It can happen when a decision is reached, but not yet communicated, see this example.
Edit: I see that this was also the case here.
