The screen grab shows that this was “Accepted” as a wayspot? It is showing on the map just not a Stop / Gym. 35.279219,136.721841 Nothing seems to be stopping it so you may need a member of Staff to advise? The wayfarer team can restore the wayspot to the database. How it appears in Pokémon Go is down to that team. If the individual situation here is such that while this wayspot was removed a new gym spawned, then that gym will stay and this wayspot will be a pokestop. ---

I had a Quick Look and without that wayspot I think the Level 14 dropped to 5 so unless there are any sponsored gyms then when this wayspot takes it to 6 a gym will spawn - whether that is this or another wayspot is something you will have to wait and see. ---
