A likely reason for the wayspot not appearing is that Pokémon GO doesn’t meet its inclusion rules. Pokémon GO doesn’t use them all:
Other reasons may include that it’s just too early for it to appear (sync between Wayfarer and Pokémon GO has been spotty these last few days), or a property owner request to geoblock the area.
