So i submitted a pokestop like 2-3 weeks ago at a apartment complex and i have been checking on it every day it took a week to get in voting but it has been 2 weeks and it is still in voting i would like to know why and also if theres an error with my pokestop

This is a normal time frame for voting.
Especially with something like this point of interest that the community is divided on, it can take longer to come to a decision. I personally do not see how an apartment complex sign meets any of the criteria of a great place for exercise, exploration, or being social outlined in the eligibility requirements: Eligibility Criteria — Wayfarer Help Center
I would reject this either as not distinct or a generic business if I got it to review, unless you made a great case that it does somehow meet criteria in the supporting statement. Other reviewers may see a bunch of these on the map and decide it must be eligible since they exist, but that is not the correct way to review something. Still others may think these do somehow meet criteria.
Ok well still usually it takes like 2-3 days but its taking so long
If you review nominations yourself, you can earn an upgrade to send this to a wider review pool, which should get it to a decision faster. Reviewing yourself also helps get other nominations in your review pool decided, so other reviewers should see yours. There are also tool tips in the review flow to help explain if you tap on the little “i” with a circle around it.
Where I am submissions rarely take less than 3 weeks to go through review, usually they take a bit longer. So nothing to worry about
We’ve just gone from ~2 days to ~14 days, back to ~3 days and now sitting at around 8 days (and counting!)
It varies. I find the best way to counter that is to sub so many things that there’s always something being accepted (or rejected) at any one time.
