# Why is my Wayspot rejected?

We honestly are completely confused right now as to which markers Niantic considers acceptable. Decisions like this one today: [Removal pokéstop appeal, add them back - #25 by NianticAtlas](https://community.wayfarer.scopely.com/t/removal-pokestop-appeal-add-them-back/51336/25)

I am sticking to trail markers on walking paths in parks. Those still seem to be accepted and acceptable. So far.
