Wild Taro farm garden

Give me suggestions, what is the issue of this nominate place?

Hello and welcome,

Are you willing to share your entire nomination? That would best help us to see if this may be a place that could be eligible. The info that you have currently provided doesn’t make this look like a great place to be social/exercise at/explore, which all nominations must meet at least one of.

More info on Wayspot Criteria can be found here: Wayspot Criteria — Wayfarer Help Center

What should I write to appeal this nominate?

Good day and welcome!

We have little context to go off of from the details given.

  • It appears to be a random field with wild taro. It does not seem to be made as a leisure area nor would it function as one.
  • It can potentially be a part of a single-family residential farmland.
  • The text does not explain how it is a great place for exercise, exploration, or socialization.
  • The watermarks on the second photo may show personal information which should be excluded in nominations. We are to submit anonymously.

I agree that this would not be good for appeal or renomination.

Don’t appeal it because it will be rejected. You either need a better photo, a better description or a better candidate for submitting. Most likely you need a better candidate, because a field is not normally eligible.

Wayspots need to be something that are great for being social, great for exercise or great for exploring. There is nothing about this field thast suggests it meets any of these.

See Eligibilty <https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/criteria/eligibility>, Acceptance <https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/criteria/acceptance> and Rejection <https://wayfarer.nianticlabs.com/new/criteria/rejection>

If you want help finding things that would make suitable wayspots, people on this forum would be willing to assist.

Also - the supporting photo should contain the submission, plus the wider area, in order to show where the submission is and what surrounds it. The best way to do is is to take the main photo, walk back some distance (how much depends on the situation), then take another photo in roughly the same direction as the first one.

This allows reviewers to see that the supporting photo does contain the wayspot. Unfortunately, your supporting photo does not do this, so does not provide any support.

This wayspot is not eligible, but this is something to keep in mind when you do find something eligible.
