When a removal report is rejected, it can be because the Wayspot has already been removed. When this is the case, could the reply email indicate the Wayspot has already been retired, rather than just that the report has been rejected?

Agreed. It’s really silly to have to guess whether the POI has been fixed, removed or ignored, especially as the Wayfarer map won’t be able to show the current status for a while after receiving the email.
It must also generate a fair amount of unnecessary traffic here.
