Would this be accepted if I changed the description to something that does not include the word wayfinding. The apeal told me that I had an in game reference.

I think the key here is starting with basics on this.
You need to consider if this this place is somewhere that would meet criteria to be considered.
It is clearly not about exercise. And a medical place is not somewhere intended to be a space to socialise.
That leaves explore. And a medical place is not somewhere you go to to explore and see something interesting.
So as it is it doesn’t meet eligibility criteria.
It is possible that there may be some interesting art there that could be considered, but then you have to consider as to whether it might be the kind sensitive location that people wouldn’t want players to be around.
So I don’t think this will work.
That will be disappointing.
Would you like help to look around that area to find something that might work.
