Does any one know why my stop would not be accepted? Says no cultural ect. Its litterly the first Portuguese restaurant in all of rhodeisland for 40 years. Is there anything i did wrong?

Restaurants are not 100% successful and it is down to the submitter to prove it is suitable.
Just because you said so, doesnt mean its true. You have no idea what people said to get their nomination approved. Did you provide evidence of your claim? Business is one of the hardest to get approval. To increase your chance , its good idea to include link about the business. One link can worth more than a thousand words

Typically, some extra evidence is needed that a restaurant meets criteria, so I do have to wonder what was in your description and supporting info. Here’s an example of one of the restaurants that I’ve gotten approved by the community, where I note the type of food they’re known for, that they have an outdoor patio open during the warmer months, and in the supporting info include the link to their website and note that they hold regular fundraising events for different charities:
