Activate PokéStops in Empty Grids (2)

Hello, after reviewing the map recently,

I found that the following 10 Pokestops/Gyms are currently inactive. (in empty grid)

Based on observation, most of them disappeared due to previous Taipei MRT (Taipei Metro) line events in Taiwan. These Pokestops were located too close to sponsored/official Pokestops, and, after the events ended, they did not revert to their original state.
