Anyone else get this - Home Testing

But why do you think it should have been accepted?

When I originally posted, it had been reported as being live on the GeoSpatial browser, so that would indicate that it had been accepted. It should not have come to me for a review if it was going to be accepted by an internal team. But @jojenreed64 getting it after it had already been reported as a live wayspot made me think it is some kind of test. I do not like not knowing what is going on.

I know you like clear cut things, but there’s a reason we keep stressing that this is a developer tool and should not be used by the general community as what it displays is not always an accurate representation of our expectations with the map.

So basically the ambassadors know what is going on with this and can’t tell us. Thanks.

I rejected it as I was saying, “Thanks for the easy agreement.”

maybe was a bugged nomination that we weren’t supposed to see. surely we didn’t get a disagreement on this.

I agree that it must be a bug.

Maybe this “test scan” Wayspot nomination is from trying to build a nomination process for Ingress. And, whoopsie it went to Wayfarer. I choose to take it as a good sign that I can nominate again soon.

My original post was removed for unknown reasons. As I nored, the Wayspot is no longer listed, and hasn’t synced to Ingress yet.

I do feel that we need some upfront info about this, as it’s confusing to those of us that reviewed it. While I don’t think I’ll be punished for an incorrect review, others do worry about this, so addressing this for those that are worried may be helpful to calm some nerves.
