Hello, I am requesting the restoration of a legitimate Wayspot that was recently removed by mistake. It is a permanent artistic and architectural installation. ● Wayspot Name: Le Cube Architectural Monumental ● GPS Coordinates: 46.62895° N, 7.06043° E ● Country: Switzerland Reason for Appeal: This monumental relief structure is an integral part of the building’s architecture. Rising on the facade with an impressive height equivalent to 5 stories, it stands as a major and unique visual landmark in the local landscape, strongly encouraging visual exploration. Pedestrian access is fully secure thanks to the wide public sidewalk located directly at the foot of the building. The element is permanent, immediately visible from the street, and easily verifiable. It strictly meets Niantic’s criteria as a remarkable architectural feature conducive to discovery. Thank you in advance for reviewing this unjustified removal and restoring this point of interest for the community.

Thanks for the appeal, @StarlightZxy! We have taken another look but stand by our decision to retire this Wayspot.

Hi! I’ve submitted the coords that you sent, but im a bit confused, is this the thing that your claiming that has been removed? [1000058082] [1000058083] If so, it doesnt look like its acessible since its on top of a building but i’m not sure if that’s what your talking about.

[image] DavidiMoralis: it doesnt look like its acessible since its on top of a building This does not stop it being eligible, as long as you can reach the long / lat of the wayspot it can be above you. [image] StarlightZxy: Pedestrian access is fully secure thanks to the wide public sidewalk located directly at the foot of the building. The side walk outside the building is not relevant. As stated above player need to be able to get to the point of the wayspot even if it is above you. Not everyone needs to be able to enter the building as long as those that are authorised to be there can Still don’t think this is eligible, IMO this is just an elaborate business sign. Unless you can show evidence that it is more than this I would have Rejected. Words are not sufficient. The usual statement made here is would you take a visitor from out of town to see it? Would someone visit the area to see it? Good Luck

This allows building facades to be eligible. Also murals that are high up on walls out of reach but where the base of the wall can be reached. And so on.

You have already appealed this and do not need to do so again. [image] Wayspot Appeal - Review Request Wayspot Appeals Request under review. Thank you.
