Hi I appealed this wayspot with success. The appeal went through at 29 august 2025 und it still doesn’t appear in PoGo

Anmerkungen zum Einspruch
Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, der Wayspot wurde mit der Begründung wahrscheinlich nicht dauerhaft abgelehnt. Das ist aus meiner Sicht nicht zutreffend, die Zeichen für offizielle Wanderwege werden regelmäßig erneuert. Laut Niantic selbst sind Markierungen von Wanderwegen rechtmäßige Wayspots, siehe Trails & Markers . Dort steht, dass sogar massenproduzierte Markierungen zulässig sind, man solle sie aber mit einer offiziellen Quelle belegen. Das habe ich auch getan, weshalb aus meiner Sicht die Ablehnung des Wayspots nicht okay ist. Es handelt sich um einen offiziellen Wanderweg des Fränkischen Albvereins. Anbei die Quelle dazu: Weg-Nr.096 . Markierung und Route sind dort eindeutig zu erkennen.
Der Gelbkreuz-Wanderweg heißt Lindelbergweg und verläuft vom Nordostpark in Nürnberg bis nach Brand bei Eckental. Er trägt die Weg-Nummer 096 und ist 18,4 km lang.

While some nominations may be deemed eligible by the community of reviewers on Niantic Wayfarer for inclusion into Niantic’s location database, they may not necessarily be added into every Niantic game. After a nomination is approved by reviewers, there is an additional automated review that determines whether the nomination is an appropriate fit for each particular Niantic game. Each game has their own set of criteria for this step, so some nominations may be accepted into one game but not another.
The most common reason that an eligible nomination is not added to Pokémon GO is because the nomination is too close to existing PokéStops or Gyms. If an existing game location is removed or the criteria changes, the nomination may appear within Pokémon GO at a later time.
Please keep in mind that while this is a common reason, it is not the only one.
Thank you for your answer but I checked this and the nomination is not too close to another stop. My wife had the same issue with their appeal so we think it could be something wrong with the system itself. The coordinates are (49.572444,11.202676)
This post might be helpful. I don’t see anything else in the cell there on iitc, but the Ingress map has not updated since May 23 and won’t show anything new in Wayfarer since it did not go with Scopley.
The red pin represents the coordinates you gave here. You can see if your Wayspot was moved, or if other Wayspots exist in the area with the toggle on in the nomination map screen if you begin a new submission while you are standing right at the location. It does not work remotely.
