Hi! An Arena close to where I live is not getting any Raids, ever. Not even in Raid hours. Does anyone know why that could be? I do not think someone reported it, I live in a very small town where theres a maximum of 20-30 active players.

it is highly likely that this is at the request of the owners.
They can opt just to turn off raids.
I have had staff here confirm raids were turned off at the request of the property owner in Bug Reports & Technical Support
