It really shouldn’t be hard to search for “niantic.helpshift.com” in the website code.
I can’t reproduce it. Could you please share a screenshot of what you see?

We’re working on updating these. In the meantime, we turned the older forms on so that there won’t be any interruption for users. Once we confirm the fix, we’ll update them all to the new Scopely pages.
