Can I add a photo and a description to a Location Spot?

Hi,

I want to add a photo to location, is there any way this is possible?

Question two if I submit this Wayspot does it count as a duplicate?

It’s a Small restaurant with Ukrainian dishes, the owners are people who have fled from Ukraine.

I think it’s a nice Wayspot, it’s probably not going to be Pokéstop because there are many stops nearby.

But it would be great to add a photo and a description.

This Wayspot is an imported one. That is why it doesn’t have a photo or a description. It looks like it was one of the ones that can only be used as a Power Spot. See Clarifications on Pokémon Go Power Spots

If this goes live as a Power Spot, then it will have an accessible edit menu in the lower left corner. Tap the ? there, then the ! there to get the menu.

If you submit the restaurant as a nomination, these power spot only imports are not shown to reviewers. A photo would not be added to this Wayspot from nominating a duplicate. So that would be one way to get a photo on a Wayspot for this restaurant into the data base if it is accepted in review. It would not be eligible to be a Pokestop or gym though. I personally find value in leaving these imported Wayspots without a photo or description to make them easily recognizable as Wayspots that are not eligible to be used as Pokestops or gyms. Unless staff decide to do something like they did here: More PokéStops and Gyms coming to India and Indonesia
