Thanks but here in Brazil, these murals are common and not considered vandalism; in fact, both were commissioned from a local artist, which is why I submitted them for community votting, and they were accepted. However, a week approval, they still haven’t appeared in the game, whereas others PokeStops I submitted are already Live. Here are the locations:

I do not see a Wayspot at all at either of these addresses. I could check more accurately with the gps coordinates. If you still have the email from submitting the nominations, the gps coordinates will be shown after the photos.

I don’t see anything on the map, even the submit map, at these two locations.
This pin is in the same L17 S2 cell as Igreja do Evangelho Quadrangular which is already a pokestop, so would not be eligible to become a pokestop.
This pin would have been an eligible location for a pokestop.
I know there are issues with the Wayfarer Map not syncing right now, but I believe the submit map should still be showing all Wayspots. I do not see these on Map - Pokémon GO either.

It appears to me that the Wayspots have been removed if they ever went live. I can’t answer any questions about that.
I submitted a PokéStop nomination that was accepted nearly a week ago, yet it still isn’t in the game, even though other nominations submitted later have already been added. It definitely looks like Graffiti even if it is better quality than some, graffiti can be eligible if it is official and / or in an official location.
If this is the case then it is down to the submitter to show evidence of this. I see nothing in you nomination that did this.
