I got this in review, which I have rejected for duplicate but the problem is the existing wayspots.

One the nearby, this cinema already exists as two wayspots, one of which is a duplicate and should be removed.
Existing Wayspot: The Royal
Existing Wayspot: Empire Cinema - listed building
The cinema was formerly Empire and is now Royal, which explains the different logos. Technically, the “Empire” wayspot is the one that should be removed.
Speculating - I wonder if the Royal one was an import as a powerspot that has had a photo added? Maybe somenone didnt know what to do???
I’m speculating here. The original accepted Wayspot may have recently accepted (unless there are facts that do not reflect that). If the Wayspot existed before the sub was made, it may be possible that someone didn’t know how to replace the photo.
There’s too much we don’t know for us to make a reasonable argument if this was done intentionally.

I hadn’t thought of that! Should have. Fortunately, @ScopelyExpAaron has access to that data.
As it happens, both wayspots are showing in Ingress Intel, so definitely not powerspot imports.
Good way to check.
