Both of your wayspots are prevented from being Pokéstops or Gyms due to your other nomination “Rödkullastigen 3 lekplats” at 55.575555, 13.017628 being the existing Pokéstop or Gym for this level 17 S2 Cell. You can read more about this here:

Both of these nominations should be eligible to appear as Power Spots every now and then though.

I also noticed you recently submitted “Rödkullastigens Grillplats” in this area as well. This will also be unable to become a Pokéstop due to “Brf Almhög” being the Pokéstop or Gym in this level 17 S2 cell, but again, it should be eligible to be added to the Power Spot rotation.

What are the locations I have arrowed?

If eligible then 1 of the Reds and 1 of the Blues should be Pokestops / Gyms.

If all are eligible you could get another 2 Dynamax Powerspots.

Edit: Just taken another look at the map, the cell already has the maximum number of Gyms so if Accepted they will be Pokestops.

This would be eligible to be added to the Power Spot rotation.

I found Slagg at 55.576451,13.016957, but it is a pokestop. I am not sure what you are saying here.

Oh, now I see. Gym selection is intended to be random. A showcase stop will not become a gym. This L14 still needs four more pokestop eligible Wayspots to get another gym.

Hi, no one can create or promote a Gym for you. In addition, only people with “ScopelyExp” in their name are staff members.

New Gyms start appearing after a certain density is reached, so that’s the best thing you could do is to keep nominating eligible things in the area, if there are any. And as she has also already told you, the area shown needs 4 more Pokéstops for a new Gym to spawn.
