  • Additional Information (if any):this gym is based on a graffiti that doesn’t exist anymore and the bus stop that the graffiti was on will be removed anytime now because it’s not in use anymore. The graffiti was not even legal and has been removed.

Only its removal classifies this as unauthorised graffiti. Looking at the second wayspot photo, this is either a mural or high-quality graffiti, and something I would accept on review.

i understand your point here. if i reviewed a nomination like this i would accept it too. but since we know that it wasn,t an authorised nomination we can agree that it should be removed, right?

if it has been removed by the authorities (and the replacement graffiti cannot be considered as high-quality graffiti), then yes, the wayspot should be removed.

thanks for explaining! the two photos i attached were taken just yesterday showing the current state of the bus stop graffiti. the original graffiti shown in the wayspot image is no longer there, and the bus stop has different graffiti. the new photos are evidence that the original graffiti is no longer there. i believe that the wayspot should be reviewed based on its current state. im pretty sure that the current state would not be a nomination that anyone would accept. i hope that we can agree with each other, thank you!

Thanks for the appeal, @MythicalX71! We gave this a second look and decided to retire the Wayspot in question.
