Has it been at least 48 hours since it was accepted
It looks like this is in the same Level 17 S2 Cell as “Melcher Train Depot Mural”. If you can see that mural as a Pokéstop or Gym in Pokémon Go, then that means the Community Centre won’t be able to become a Pokéstop or Gym. It may sync as a Power Spot at some point though.
Following on from @hankwolfman quick find
You would be advised to read this article about S2 cells and how ithey are used in selecting what appears in Pokemon Go.
Its a bit technical and Niantic will not talk about it, but it is important that anyone submitting and hoping for a pokestop or gym understands how this works.

Yes it was accepted August 9th
Then unfortunately what @hankwolfman said is the answer.
It wont appear because of the selection rules that Pokemon Go has for deciding which of the approved wayspots to use.
Do the read the article about S2 cells and ask further questions if you need to.
How do you see these cells?
Most people use a feature that Ingress players use to see their portals and use an overlay of the cells called IITC
However since the split of Niantic Scopely and Niantic Spatial Ingress and wayfarer are separate and the database of points of interest - portals in Ingress and Wayspots in Wayfarer no longer is synchronised or updated. This stopped 3months and 1 day ago om 23May ( not that I am keeping a check on this
) This means that the information is becoming less reliable as time progresses. It has a health warning attached to it, and the most up to date information can be seen on the submission screen when in PoGo you go to nominate a wayspot.
I havent quick access at the moment but perhaps someone can give the detaiils
