周辺の環境も含めて確認いたしました。この場所でなんとかスポットを増やしたいというお気持ちは大変よく分かります。
現在のピンの位置が既に十分に正確であるという点（あるいはスタッフが実物の位置を判断して適正化する点）を一旦脇に置いたとしても、ご提示されている指定座標への移動では、意図されている目的を達成することはできないのではないかと思います。
The forum is not the right place to ask for a location edit. You need to use the helpchat to do this. In this case, I would not try it, as it would probably be seen as abuse. The pin is clearly at the correct location, trying to move it, so it will appear in the game, can lead to serious consequences, including a warning/ban on your game account. And as @ARPeggioRev2 mentioned, even if moved to that location, it would still be in the same cell, so you would not be successful in getting it on the gameboard.
