If you posted your photo somewhere else, staff have no way to know if it was originally your photo. They do need to change that template to say “available on a third party source” instead of "taken from a third party source. Staff have explained this on other posts. For example:

"Malicious image submission" because I asked in a subreddit which photo should I pick for better wayspot submission

Usage of image available on third party sites is against the policies. There is no way for us to verify who posted the said image. Moreover, there are legalities involved with usage of third party images. I’m going to revoke the warning as a goodwill gesture. That said, please do not use images available on any third party website. Thanks,
