I accidentally misplaced my location pin for a pokestop that got approved. When I submitted the pokestop I accidentally put the pin where the construction was for the new site, because of this mistake on my part it never showed up. How do I move it to the correct location? I’m really disappointed about my stupid mistake 
If you have evidence of the correct location, you can ask help chat to move it. Go to https://wayfarer.scopely.com/new/help and a chat box will pop up in the lower right corner.
A bot will take information, but a human will decide. They take your email address for verification, but do not send an email. They reply later in the box. You may want to make note of the ticket number in case your browser loses the history.
In this case you will want to supply geotagged photos to prove the actual location.

I’m sorry about the pin mis-placement. I suspect @cyndiepooh has already explained how to use Helpchat to make the adjustment.

I’m sure we’ve all done it – wise to use the help chat to confess your sins before someone else does it!
Cyndie has nailed the process. Do that, but you may need to be patient, the staff are clearly slightly overwhelmed and a human response will probably take about 5 working days.
