These are all very old Pokestops. In the past, when a Wayspot (it wasn’t called that back then) was location edited into a different L17 S2 cell, its game status would not be recalculated. Changes were made to location edits so that now only very short moves can be made in game, and the cell should recalculate when a move is made.
There is no need to report this situation because staff do not acknowledge the S2 cell algorithms the community has discovered. But we are seeing a lot of posts where Pokestops and gyms are going missing while the density and inclusion rules are being reinforced, so this situation may be addressed.
