You would need to nominate something outside of the two occupied squares.

If this playground is not part of a school, you could nominate it pinned where I indicate.

Never just pin something in an empty cell that isn’t really there, but this would be an accurate place to pin the playground.

That playground is a good example of how to use the S2 cells legitimately.

When you submit the playground, you can freely choose from any valid location. Since the playground is partially in an empty cell, you can choose the put the wayspot at the entrance to the playground.
